Cory most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Stericycle, where he oversaw a $3 billion portfolio and led the company’s successful transformation and acquisition by Waste Management (NYSE: WM). During his tenure, Cory co-led a $600 million modernization initiative, driving operational efficiency and generating over $250 million in free cash flow.
Previously, Cory served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Startek Inc., securing a landmark $600 million service agreement with a global technology /eCommerce company and leading the company’s acquisition by Capital Square Partners. He also held senior roles at Convergys (NYSE: CVG) and Affiliated Computer Services, where his innovative strategies drove billions in cost savings and revenue generation across healthcare and government sectors.
Cory’s appointment reflects Shoes For Crews’ continued focus on strategic growth and operational excellence in the safety footwear space, particularly as the company scales its reach in healthcare, hospitality, and industrial segments.
